EVENT ATTENDANCE POLICY

OVERVIEW:

This attendance policy is established to ensure that participants and attendees of events organized by MA Golden Meetups understand the importance of commitment and punctuality. The policy includes guidelines for attendance, consequences for no-shows, and the forfeiture of promotional products in case of non-compliance.
 

REGISTRATION & CONFIRMATION

  • All participants must register for the event in advance through the provided channels.

  • A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful registration, outlining event details and expectations.

PUNCTUALITY

  • Participants are expected to arrive at the event venue on time as specified in the event schedule.

  • Late arrivals may impact the overall experience and disrupt scheduled activities.

NO-SHOW/CANCELATION

  • A "no-show" or “cancellation” is defined as a participant who fails to attend the event.

  • Tickets purchased for a specific event are non-refundable, not transferable or exchangeable.

FORFEITED PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS

  • On occasion, promotional products may be offered to attendees by our sponsors to enhance the attendee experience.

  • In the event of a no-show/cancellation, the participant forfeits the right to receive the promotional product associated with the event.

ENFORCEMENT

  • MA Golden Meetups reserves the right to enforce this policy to maintain the integrity and success of its events.

COMMUNICATION

  • Any changes or updates to the attendance policy will be communicated to participants through official channels.

CONCLUSION

This attendance policy is designed to create a positive and respectful event environment. Participants are encouraged to communicate any issues or concerns to MA Golden Meetups promptly. By attending events organized by MA Golden Meetups, participants agree to adhere to this policy.

SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Date: 11/01/2023

 

All of our orders are shipped via USPS or UPS in USA only. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped!

 

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are processed within 10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by up to a week. Additionally, shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.

*Service is subject to shipping delays. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. At this time, we do not provide international shipping for any of our products. Our team is not liable for any delays that may occur once your order has been shipped.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email within 48 hours. Please allow [USPS/UPS] up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.

 

INSURANCE COVERAGE

All of our shipments are fully insured specifically for the value of the product only.

ADDRESS ENTRY RESPONSIBILITY

MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY

Members are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete mailing addresses during the purchase process. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring the correct street address, city, state, ZIP code, and any additional delivery instructions are entered accurately.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS ENTRY:

If a member provides an incorrect mailing address and the purchased items are subsequently misdelivered or returned, the following consequences may apply:

  • Redelivery Charges: The customer may be responsible for any additional shipping or redelivery charges incurred due to the incorrect address.

  • Delayed Delivery: Incorrect addresses may lead to delays in the delivery process. The company is not responsible for any delays caused by inaccurate address information.

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs associated with the original purchase are non-refundable, even in cases of misdelivery due to address inaccuracies.
     

ADDRESS VERIFICATION

Members are encouraged to double-check and verify their mailing addresses before completing a purchase. The platform may provide address verification tools, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the member.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MA Golden Meetups shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by misdelivery or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect customer-provided mailing addresses.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

GOOD FAITH COOPERTION

When an insurance claim needs to be filed for a shipment, both MA Golden Meetups and you, the recipient, acknowledge both parties' respective responsibilities. Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to provide any necessary items within the necessary timeframe as stipulated in the Terms and Conditions of insurance coverage. Should either party be unable or unwilling to fulfill the duties necessary for a successful claim approval, they may be liable for any losses not recovered.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

For returns related to damaged or defective products, MA Golden Meetups will cover the cost of return shipping. Please follow the instructions provided to you to ensure a smooth return process.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
