MEETUP RULES

We have established the following rules for the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, as well as property owners and other people who use the properties we visit. The MA Golden Meetup organizers are not liable for any injuries or conflicts. By attending an MA Golden Meetups event, each dog owner agrees that you are doing so at your own discretion, take full responsibility for yourself and your dog and agree to the rules outlined below.

1. Dogs must be on leash in accordance with rules and signage at the property.

2. All initial introductions to other dogs must be on leash - no exceptions. (Even if the venue does not require a leash.)

3. No retractable leashes.

4. We have zero tolerance for bad behavior. If your dog shows aggression, or makes others feel uncomfortable and you do not make an appropriate correction to the situation, you will be asked to leave. 

5. Do not share food with other dogs without their human’s permission.

6. This event is specifically intended for golden retrievers but non-golden siblings are welcome to join in on the fun.

7. You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog. Please keep an eye on your dog so you know if he or she needs "cleanup duty". All bags must be placed in appropriate trash barrels or taken home with you.
